Can you believe it’s already been a decade of industry-leading fulfillment? But it’s not just a birthday for us — this week marks ten whole years of working with you, our clients, the most promising and exciting ecommerce businesses in the world. We couldn’t be prouder of the incredible impact we’ve made together.

Since beginning our journey in 2014, we've had the honor of collaborating with a diverse range of businesses, all of them catering to various markets and shipping orders of all types and sizes. Over these ten years, witnessing the evolution of our clients, both as professionals and as organizations, has been truly rewarding. This anniversary marks not just our growth but mirrors the many milestones achieved by you. Each chapter in Shipfusion's history is a reflection of the progress and achievements you've celebrated, be it an anniversary or a significant order milestone.

Shipfusion by the Numbers

To celebrate 10 years of fulfillment, we've put together some of the most interesting facts and numbers about Shipfusion!

1. We were founded on March 3rd, 2014 — which means we've officially reached pre-teen age.
2. We've shipped 29,832 tons worth of orders for our ecommerce clients — which is the equivalent of 14,916 cars, 157 blue whales, and just over 4 Eiffel Towers!
3. We've shipped over 25 million ecommerce orders — that's like shipping an order to every single resident of Los Angeles twice over!
4. We've shipped to 218 countries — of the 249 countries listed by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), that's about 88% of countries!
5. The destination we've shipped the most to is California — which makes sense since it's the most populous state!
6. The farthest place we've shipped to is Australia — 10,516 miles from our Chicago warehouse!
7. We ship out of 4 warehouses — we started in Toronto and now ship out of Chicago, Las Vegas, and Pennsylvania (and growing!)
8. We've gone from 6,000 square feet to 1,000,000 square feet of warehouse space — giving us nearly 17 football fields, about 18 White Houses, and double the entire Vatican Museums' worth of space to fill all of your ecommerce orders!
9. We've grown from a team of 3 to an incredible team of over 400 — and we couldn't have done it without them.

The Team Behind Our Success

Shipfusion began its journey with a modest 6,000 square feet warehouse located close to Toronto, Ontario, and has since expanded into a comprehensive network of warehouses across North America, with a single-day record of 162,932 orders shipped. This level of growth, coupled with our unwavering commitment to on-time delivery and precision in order fulfillment, didn’t just happen overnight. It's the result of the tireless efforts of our exceptional team. Comprising a diverse group of dedicated individuals, each member of Shipfusion plays a pivotal role in the seamless operation of our complex system. 

Every function - from those in our warehouses handling the picking and packing of all orders, our Product and Development teams engineering the sophisticated technology and systems that underpin our operations, our Customer Success team ensuring client satisfaction and account management, and all the other vital departments that converge to achieve these accomplishments - your contributions are invaluable. What's Next?

What's in store for the next decade of Shipfusion? More like, what isn't? We're continuing to invest, improve, and expand our services and offerings to help improve the ecommerce industry — and to help make your job of running an ecommerce business easier, less stressful, and, of course, more profitable. This past year has seen us create from scratch and introduce our new TikTok Shop fulfillment integration, become SQF certified, and expand our warehouse network even further! We’ll be sharing more exciting news in the coming weeks and months on some other new and exciting updates.
