1. What has your career this far looked like in the tech industry?
In 2019 I decided to study and migrate here to Canada and received my degree in Software and Information System Testing. A few months after graduating, I finally landed my first tech job here in Canada as a Technical Support Representative.
I am looking forward to bringing my talents as a Technical Support Analyst to Shipfusion, and I plan on becoming an asset to the company.
2. What plans do you see for Shipfusion?
Shipfusion will continue to grow as eCommerce businesses want to diversify their incoming revenue streams from customers, especially as the world transitions even more to online shipping.
3. What are you most excited about in your new role?
For starters, I am excited that I will have a chance to work with some of the most talented developers in the tech industry. This opportunity doesn’t come too often, so I will cherish every moment of it and learn as much as possible. As a Technical Support Analyst, I will do my best to manage our internal knowledge base and make sure everything is working accordingly.
