Meet Nicole: Shipfusion’s New Director, Canada Fulfillment

We’re always expanding and developing our wonderful team. We are pleased to welcome our latest leadership team member, Nicole Mainprize, as our new Director, Canada Fulfillment. Check out our Q&A below to find out more about her.

What has your career this far looked like in the tech industry?

Seeing that I am relatively new to the tech industry, it’s been a fascinating and educational beginning to my growth with Shipfusion. Before accepting my position at Shipfusion, I specialized in event operations and sales for over ten years. I have dabbled in the technology world throughout my career within the perspective companies and departments that I worked with, but nothing has compared to what I have learned these past few weeks and will continue to learn every day. Having a better understanding of the technology needed for both the client and the fulfillment side has opened my eyes to a whole new world – the tech world!

I look forward to consistently learning and growing with the company to continue creating the most efficient operational processes with our fulfillment teams to serve our clients better.

What plans do you see for Shipfusion? 

I see Shipfusion growing within the industry by continuing to tailor the needs of each client based on preferences and demographics. Based on the company culture and business motto, I foresee us giving our fulfillment competitors a run for the top spot in the industry. Our entire team is results-driven to ensure our clients’ needs are fulfilled and expectations are met, so our operational strategies will continue to grow as we do. By spending the time with our operations team, I will work to instill a foundation for continuous growth within our warehouse processes and procedures.

What are you most excited about in your new role?

I am most excited to bring my expertise to contribute to the success and growth of the team within Shipfusion. I have an extensive background in event operations and customer service, working with some of the world’s top brands to meet their event and eCommerce needs. Once being on the client side of fulfillment gives me a clearer understanding of how to meet the company and clients’ expectations better.

I look forward to working closely with our teams to ensure our facility operates with the utmost efficiency.
