It is your responsibility to manage and protect and access keys, passwords, and other security tokens that give you access to Our software systems and platforms.
It is your responsibility to comply with any data protection policies from your vendors, platforms and local laws should you transmit any data or files to Shipfusion that contain PII. We offer communication channels, such as support ticket systems, that are used to deliver our services and you acknowledge that transmitting or uploading any data or files into these services is authorization that those systems may process and use your associated PII data.
