How To Create a Workflow

A workflow is a series of automated actions triggered by custom system logic for your account. 

  • Log into your account at
  • From the menu bar select the ‘Support’ tab and scroll down to ‘workflow manager’; this will redirect you to your existing current workflows. Once there, hit ‘create workflow’ at the top right-hand corner. 
  • This will bring you to a new page where you can choose which Shipfusion warehouse location you want. It will then ask you to create a unique name for your workflow– once you have done that, hit create.
  • This will bring you to your latest workflow; select the start date and if the workflow is temporary or recurring. 
  • Enter a brief description of the perimeters of the workflow ( be as specific as possible) 
  • An example of a workflow could be adding a specific marketing insert to each shipment that contains a particular SKU during a promotional period.
  • An account manager will oversee all workflows for approval before our development team constructs the new protocol. Hit submit workflow, and it will change the status to pending creation.
