What has your career this far looked like in the tech industry?
I have worked in the technology industry for the past four years. In my previous roles, I assisted in helping customers troubleshoot and offered remote assistance. It was a love/hate relationship– needless to say, I am very happy to be at Shipfusion now.
What plans do you see for Shipfusion?
I see Shipfusion surpassing Amazon in the eCommerce industry. I see newer technology, better business ideas, more clients and super speedy delivery. This company is definitely on the right track, and I am happy to be on the team!
What are you most excited about in your new role?
I am so excited to learn and grow with Shipfusion as we watch our business and clients scale. I see several opportunities to help clients in the support department, and I look forward to creative problem solving with each of them.
